This is a circular route that starts in Santa Margarida, with medium difficulty. The trail is about 38 kilometres and takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, so you need to be in good physical shape. You should be aware that there are parts of the route that are not paved and difficult to cycle.
Along the way, you will be able to admire the Basilica of Santa Maria de Castelló d’Empúries, breathe in the fresh air as you pass through the Empordà Natural Park and admire the banks of the River Fluvià until you reach the wooden bridge over the River Muga.
Enjoy this circular route from Muntanyeta. This is a moderate ride that covers 37.8 kilometres, with an average time of 2 hours 35 minutes. It is important to know that you need to be in good physical shape to cycle this trail. It follows mostly paved paths, although there are sections where cycling is forbidden, and you will have to get off the bike and push. This trail offers fantastic views of the sea and the Pyrenees.
This is a circular route from Muntanyeta. It is for experienced cyclists only and covers 30.1 kilometres, taking 2 hours and 18 minutes to complete. We would like to point out that you need to be in very good physical shape to do this route. The trail is mostly paved.
